I work at an ASC and I am used to coding the above for pain management, but now our Podiatrist is wanting to start doing these for chronic knee/leg pain. Has anyone billed this and if so have they been paid by commercial or Medicare payers? 64650, 64555 LT, & 64555 RT. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
