Our physician performed an epidural percutaneous implantation of neurostimulator electrode array (CPT 63650) and electronic analysis of the implanted neurostimulator (CPT 95972). Unfortunately the patient felt sharp pain mid back and the lead was making him very uncomfortable so the lead was removed in its entirety a hour later. Can I still bill for the procedures?

I appreciate any help I can get!

Yes you can bill for the procedures. No modifiers are required simply because the patient changed their mind after things were done. This was not discontinued before the whole procedure was accomplished, it was reversed because the patient didn't like it.
