Has anyone ever seen or used this ICD code IMO0001BGM when a patient comes in for her annual exam and had a hysterectomy years ago. Our woman's health nurse practitioner used that particular code and no one in billing or coding has seen this done before. Any advise??

It is not an ICD code. . It could be a morphology code but it does not look familiar
