Wiki Immunization counseling on ONLY 1 out of a 3-component vaccine such as MMR- code???

If the provider administered MMR and counseled the patient on just the measles but not on the other components of the MMR vaccine what should be coded?
Just 90460; 90471; or 90460, 90472, 90472
