Urgent care - Trying to bill for the administration code for the immunization - insurance pays for the drug but wont pay for the immunization? How can I avoid this in the future and get both paid for new patients and established patients. What am I doing wrong?
 
what codes are you using? CPT and ICD-10CM? Is the problem with all payers or only some? what is the denial reason being given by the payers?
