My Ortho, did a Open Biceps Tendon repair. After the patient went in to post-op and coming out of anesthesia it was discovered the tendon was placing pressure on the interosseous nerve. The doctor returned the patient to OR for emergent release of pressure. What CPT code would you use for this procedure? Sutures were removed from all of the repair. Any ideas? Please help thanks!
