My doc wants to do an arthroscopic imbrication of ganglion of AC joint. Am I missing something, or would this be an unlisted code?

Any input is appreciated.

I would use 23929- unlisted procedure of the shoulder joint and send in the op report to support the use of an unlisted procedure code. I checked the books i have and i don't see a more specific code.
