Wiki I'm thinking debridement more than acromioplasty

OP note states that extensive subacromial debridement performed, a high speed burr was used to remove the anterior edge of the acromion followed by cutting block technique from posterior to anterior.

There was fraying of the CA ligament, but nothing was done to it.

Glenohumeral joint debridement was also performed along with RCR repair.

I'm thinking 29827 and 29823 more than 29826.
