Please help in coding the following procedures done on the same day:

1. Right Iliac & Femoral Artery Exposure
2. Redo-dissection/scar tissue take down right groin
3. Right iliac artery Fogarty Thrombectomy
4. Right superficial femoral artery Fogarty Thrombectomy
5. Right profundus femoris artery fogarty Thrombectomy
6. right anterior compartment fasciotomy of the leg

The codes I got are:
1. 34812
3. 34201
4. 34151
6. 27600
 
I would not capture 34812 as this code is to be used with Endovascular AAA when femoral artery exposure is performed (34820 for iliac artery exposure).

34201 includes this exposure, "by leg incision," and looking at NCCI, 34812 bundles to 34201 - you would need a modifier.

Without reading the OP report I do not see 34151 - was an abdominal incision also done to gain access to the iliac for some reason?

There are no NCCI edits for 34201; 34151; & 27600
