Wiki Ileoscopy-I have a doctor

I have a doctor who has performed an ileoscopy (through rectum not stoma) and placed endoclips to close a fistula. Can anyone help with how to code this? Can I use a sigmoidoscopy (4533X) since I cannot use 4438X?
