Does anyone have any advice on ideal #s for AR over 120 days old? That's what we have been focused on this summer, but we don't have a goal # set besides 0. Is there a norm for this category of AR?
Hi, Our goal for 120+ days is less than 12% of your total A/R. This is something that a previous Administrator instituted when he was here. I am not sure where he obtained his information from.
