Wiki I&D-My dr did

My dr did an ORIF of the elbow with open I&D. I'm thinking 10140 due to "fracture hematoma" but is there a better CPT that I may be missing? Always like other's opinions here!!

Look at the description of 23930/23931. These are for deep hematomas. If the surgeon is down to the bone, one of these may work for you.

since this is an open fracture, you may want to consider 11011/11012
