I have a doctor that did a colonoscpy with BX the path came back colon no significant histopathologic abnormality. He did because there was a redness in the rectal vault. What ICD9 would you use the this?:confused:
 
I would use 793.4-Nonspecific (abnormal) findings on radiological and other examination of body structure gastrointestinal tract.
