Can someone tell me what ICD9 you would use for transient neuropathy neck?

That's kind of a vague condition - I looked up "neuropathy", and then cervical (since neck wasn't an option), and the closest assignment was of the cervical plexus, 353.2. There are quite a few conditions listed as "excluded" from that category, though, so I'd need more info to make sure that the code selection is correct.
