does anyone know what ICD9 code to use for 93653 SVT ablation for West Virginia Medicaid? I have tried 427.0, 427.1, 427.32, 427.89 and still get a denial for incorrect dx code.
 
Except for 427.1 which is ventricular tachycardia and clearly incorrect for this procedure, any of the other codes should work.

Perhaps there is another issue preventing payment?
