I realize that the ICD9 changes for this year are to be minimal. Is there a list of the changes/addtions that I can locate somewhere? Thanks

there were no changes to ICD9-CM diagnosis codes for 2013.

Can I get list of 2013 CPT changes ( additions, deletions etc. ) anywhere ? Do you have any reference or any link ?

For a complete and accuate list of CPT changes ypou must purchase the CPT book.. I recommend the AMA version.
