Is there a problem, or possible problem? There are orthopedic aftercare codes, and mechanical complication codes, and follow-up codes - depending on the circumstances.

Thanks for your response. There was nothing else in the order, just "eval hardware". We directed back to the referring provider to document the signs/symptoms.
