Wiki Icd codes for EKG results

I am new to coding EKGs. Two common results I see are ST Elevation and Rightward Axis. How would I code these?

Hello Dmdahlgren,
Any EKGS are usually cardiac conditions or blood flow ancillary order from provider. For info above I 'd report the dx of I21.11 from ICD10 manual description. Also if patient suffers with smoking F17.200 or history of smoking Z87.891 or high blood pressure I10 or pulmonary problem J44 please use these additional dx codes if documented. Also, the encounter codes of past cardiac problem Z95 pacemakers, Z82 cardiac family history problem or if patient has had past cardiac issues look at Z86.79 or Z86.73 or z86,74 Use these Z dx codes last on the claim not first.

That does help. I was just hesitant about coding a STEMI based on ST elevation alone.
