How would you code, LE PVD with ankle ulcer - s/p mult. vascular surgeries, on coumadin? Would you code two separate codes - LE PVD and then ankle ulcer?

with the info given I would use code 443.9 PVD unspecified as primary and the 707.13 ulcer ankle as secondary
