Wiki ICD-9 Code for E/M visit

Had a patient come in for an initial consultation regarding a cleft lip & palate baby they are adopting from overseas. Since the baby isn't here yet....what kind of diagnosis code would I use for the parent to be who came in for information only

There is a code either in the V65 or V68 category for a pre baby visit such as interviewing the doctor.
