Exam: CT maxillofacial (facial bones) without intravenous contrast material
Impression:
1. Bony defect at the expected location of the left renal and left first molar tooth, from prior extraction. There is a thin layer of periosteum between the medial wall roof the left mandibular nerve groove and lateral margin of the bony defect.
2. Bony defect at the expected location of the right first molar tooth, from prior extraction
