CDC and Medicare have announced that there will be no new additions, deletions, revisions for 2012-13.

ICD-10 Cm Has not yet been pushed back. As of June 14 CMS had an announcement that the discussion period had ended but at this time the implementation date for ICD-10 CM is Oct 1 2013. The push back is only a proposal and has yet to be ruled on.
The freeze is still in effect and there are no changes to vol 1 and 2 of ICD-9 CM there is one new code added to Vol 3.
