Wiki ICD-10 for Elective removal of Tubes and Ovaries

Patient chooses to have her tubes and ovaries removed at the time of a different Gyn surgery, but is not really being done for a prophylactic or specific medical diagnosis. Pt is 63 and Physician states that this is a common surgery for older pts since there is no reason for tubes and ovaries after age 65. What ICD-10 code would you use for that ? Thanks !
