Can anyone help please? In a pediatrician office when we go to ICD-10, the diagnosis codes that go with the different immunizations is going to just one code, my question is, when a child receives more than one immunization at one visit all my CPT codes have different diagnosis pointers on the claim form, how will this work with just one code for ICD-10 because sometimes children receive 4 immunizations at a time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
