Hi everyone.
I'm new to coding. Can anyone help me figure out what the ICD 10 codes are for fever and shortness of breath due to pneumonia?Thanks in advance.

I'd code the pneumonia only. ICD-10 rules (as well as ICD-9 rules) tell us not to code symptoms if you are also reporting the definitive diagnosis.

ICD-10 draft books are available for 2013...based on that, the code is J18.9, pneumonia, unspecified organism.
