Wiki icd 10 code help

I can't find an icd 10 code for patch hypo-enhancement of kidney, no definitive mass. I have tried looking it up and find codes like N20.0 and N18.9 but I dont think they are right. The dr saw this pt in the hospital as a consult and said patch hypo-enhancement of kidney, no definitive mass was the reason for the consult. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know what that is. Was it on imaging? R93.8 abnormal, nonspecific on imaging.
