I currently have a patient with malignant neoplasm of the axilla, the book directs to code C76.1 with the description of Malignant neoplasm of the thorax, with inclusion term for the axilla. My physician doesn't want to use this code because of the description and feels it would be coded incorrectly. I have told him it's an inclusion term and should be ok, but he agreed to see what other coders are using. Thanks
