Hello. I am working on educating our providers on the appropriate use of ICD 10 CM code E11.69 for diabetic complications, specific to Hyperlipidemia. Can anyone point me to a Coding Clinic for this? I just want to assure I have all my supporting documentation before working with our providers. Thank you!
