I am a bit scared and I don't know if I should pursue this opportunity after reading how hard it is to get a job without experience. I really want to find a remote job. What is your experience?

U need cpc training to get a job unless u can find a company that will train u on the job. Look for entry-level job if u have cpc-a

Are there schools that offer internships or job placements so we can acquire the experience?

No. U have to call different hospitals and doctors offices for intership urself. I called and asked to shadow and an ENT office allowed me to. Everyone else told me no in my area. Aapc has a job link... jobs.aapc.com
