Wiki I-Stat Coding/Billing in ASC for Pre Op Eval

Good Morning All,
We are getting started doing pre-op evaluations for the Ambulatory Surgical Procedures performed at our free standing ASC.We are going to be incorporating bloodwork into these evals,however they're not full lab workups.We will be utilizing the I Stat System (a simple finger stick quick check method)of obtaining very basic information.How do we code for this?
Any insight would be much appreciated.

i-STAT

I too would like to know how to bill utilizing the i-STAT. Do we bill each lab test performed/documented individually? There seems to be no information regarding billing and coding on this system.
