My practice exams are listed under the "Courses and Exams" and then at the bottom of the page under Practice Exams.

I used to be able to find them under purchases/items. Now the page has changed and items shows nothing. This is frustrating

Wait...ok. just figured it out. So go to my account. Then click on Courses and exams and they are on that page. Should see practice exams at the bottom. It changed when they changed the website.
