A 72 year old lady is admitted to the hospital with severe Staphylococcus Aureus Sepsis and Acute Respiratory Failure. She is intubated and receives ventilator support for five days. She is also treated for benign hypertension, chronic systolic and diastolic congestive heart failure along with a stage IV decubitus sacral ulcer that received bedside excisional debridement. Code also for the procedure(s).
