I have always billed 29827, 29823,59 and 29826 with no problem. I read somewhere (can't remember now WHERE) that I can no longer bill a debridement (29823) with another scope code of the shoulder?
But the knee is different. You can bill a debridement with another scope code. Can anyone tell me where to find this info at?
