Documentation as follows:

Hordeolum Externum of rt upper eyelid - H00.011 - Note: using a 18g needle, the lesion was unroofed and white plug extruded with min bleeding.

Should CPT be:
10060?
67700?
67700 - Mod 52?

Provider chose 10060 and doesn't think she did the work worthy of the 67700 RVUs.

I'd go with 67700 mod 52 since she didn't actually drain anything if the provider feels that way. Since it's like a solidified cyst I wonder if you could code it as a foreign body removal (not sure if that's considered foreign body since it originated from the body). Incision and removal of foreign body, subcutaneous tissues; simple (10120)
