Wiki hysteroscopic removal of 2 fibroids

Hi,

Can anyone help with the hysteroscopic removal of 2 fibroids? I am not seeing any documentation that it includes any number of fibroids and the documention states clearly 2separate fibroids.

I am thinking 58561, 58561-59 would be appropriate.

Does anyone have any input on this?

Just 58561 alone please.(leiomyomata- which is plural ).

Yes, need to bill 58561 only.leiomyoma-Singular,Leiomyomata-Plural.
