Looking for a CPT to send for authorization, provider notes knee pain, snapping knee. Provider notes using high volume hydro dissection to break up scarring and stop some of the snapping and notes also that this has been previously successful and there is some reports of this on the literature. Would this be an unlisted code, I have read that the code for the carpal tunnel/nerve entrapment 64721 has been used. Provider asks to schedule US guided inertendon hydrodissection.
