Wiki Hydration; 96360 and 96361 (min. fluid)

I'm getting conflicting information.

Is there a minimum fluid amount for the above hydration codes? I have a Chemo nurse telling me that the minimun MUST be 500cc.

I can't find any documentation to support this.
