Wiki Hx of Yeast vaginitis w/ Antibiotics use

What is the diagnosis code for this? I am coming across it a lot on my UTI diagnosis with antibiotic and Diflucan prescribed because the patient MIGHT get a yeast infection from the antibiotic use-but they do not currently have a yeast infection. Please advise.

Prescribing two drugs is the management plan for the UTI, even if one of them is only prophylactic. It wouldn't need a separate code.
