Has anyone had luck with billing insurance companies for HRT Pellet therapy? Everything I can find in medical policies under BCBSTX, Aetna, UHC, etc it is stating that HRT for males is covered as medically necessary. BCBSTX is stating it is up to the patient's policy. My provider is looking into offering this service but he would like to know if he can bill insurance for HRT for women. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.
