Please help in verifying how many HPI elements are listed. I am coming up with 2- signs and symptoms and location.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
The patient is an 85-year-old female who was admitted because of shortness of breath, and had a CT scan of the chest that shows bilateral pulmonary embolus ?saddle embolus?. She is not a great historian. She denies having any chest pain. She denies having any prior history of PE or DVT or a prior history of malignancy. She states she had been living at home up until recently. She has recent bilateral ankle fractures and has splints present on both lower extremities.
