Hey y'all,
I've been doing a lot of research, and I've compiled a list of the most popular ways to get to the resorts for your convenience.
Let's dig in!
  1. The $2 public bus. This is route 311, it will take you to Disney Springs by the Cirque du Solei tent. There's two things to consider with taking this option:
    A. Since this is a public bus, there is no under the bus storage or luggage rack for luggage.
    B. While there are buses that go from Disney Springs to the resorts on Disney World property, they do not allow any bags or luggage larger than a normal backpack. You will have to find an alternative way to get to your resort from Disney Springs.
  2. MEARS Connect is a third-party resort shuttle service and private car service. The standard shuttle is $17.60 a person one way. They have express shuttles and private cars which go up in price. The standard shuttle may go to other resorts before it goes to yours but there are only three or four hotels on each shuttle line. All private car services listed may come with car seats for your children if ordered ahead of time.
  3. Tiffany Towncar is notable in that it will make a 15-minute stop for you to go grocery shopping on the way to your hotel. Reservations with grocery stops must be made in advance, but this might help you if you have a kiddo who obsessively eats things like Cheerios, which can't be found on Disney World property.
  4. Florida Magical Tours is a private car service that will stop to allow for a grocery pick-up that has been ordered ahead of time before going directly to your resort.
  5. MCO2Disney is a private car service that will stop to allow for a grocery pick-up that has been ordered ahead of time before going to your resort.
  6. Uber/Lyft may be effective if you have a large party but beware of surge pricing. These usually do not come with car seats for children.
  7. Taxi services.
  8. Renting a car. The one thing you should know that if you are renting a car, Orlando's roads are toll heavy. Just as you get into the car rental desk space at the airport, turn almost all the way around to your right and you will see a visitor's toll kiosk that you may want to take advantage of.
See you there!
