Wiki how to figure out the size?

12 mm x 6 mm x 4 mm

I am not sure if I am adding all of the area's together, the pathology reads the same?

Any help is appreciated

You use the largest dimension, this is however not very big, these measurements are in mm and the codes are in cm.
