Patient is aphakic. Surgeon did a PPV to remove the remaining lens capsule. The only code I can find is 998.82 for cataract fragments in the eye after cataract surgery. That wouldn't apply would it?

I would be inclined to think so as well, but according to my Coding Companion, one of the normal cataract codes would apply.
