Wiki How to bill for multiple procedures / multiple physician

I have two surgeons looking to perform two separate procedures for one patient. I understand that a modifier can be used, but my concern is that the procedures do not coincide. OBGYN and Podiatry. They are trying to limit the amount of time the patient has to be under anesthesia. Is this going to be reimbursable in an ASC?
