Wiki How to bill a Nurse Practioner Locum Tenen TX

We are wanting to get 2 Nurse Practioner Locum Tenen's for 60 days at a TX practice. How do you bill for a NP LT to Medicare or Medicaid in TX. I can find guidelines for Physican LT and using the Q6 modifier but nothing on Nurse Practioners. Any help would be appreciated. Since they are only here for 60 days do they need to go through the credentialing process with the payers?
