I am trying to bill a 36830, 35475,51 and a 76998,26 to Medicare and they are telling me I am not billing a qualifying service/procedure. When I use our coding program and looking at the NCCI edits it says you can bill the primary code as 35475 and 76998 with a modifier. Can someone please help!!!
