Can you tell me how to bill a 2 hour new patient Behavorial Health session? We normally only bill 90791 but this took longer.

90791 more than one hour add units

You can up the units to 2 units ... 1unit an hour

90791 is not a timed service and cannot billed with units greater than 1. You might look at the add on code for interactive complexity to see if the documentation supports this code in addition.

Your right mitchellde an add on code would define the addtl time and complexity . I was thinking something else. My bad and thanks
