Our MD interpreted at least 2 ekg's for afib during an event monitor for a 4 hour monitoring period, while blood pressure was taken often.
How many ekg's can we bill?
 
Well, you can bill as many as you want, but probably won't get paid. I would add modifier 59 and alot of explanation on this claim. They will certainly be rejected as bundled.
