I'll go on record as the weird one
- I thought the case studies portion of the CPB was fun to do when I took the exam in 2016. If you've been working as a biller, you should be fine. As emom04 says, hit the study guide. You might get tripped up if you haven't worked with a wide variety of payers as a biller. The case studies provide copies of applicable policies, EOB copies, etc so you don't have to have policies memorized. I had a lot going on at work at the time and was stressing pretty hard because I didn't have enough study time. Then I decided that I'd been doing the work for years so if I couldn't pass the exam without a lot of studying, I was probably in the wrong line of work lol Best of luck to you!
