Wiki Hospital billing

Doctor was consulted to see a patient in the hospital patient is new to doctor. Doctor evaluates the patient and does a right knee aspiration/injection in the room. Would the following codes be correct? E&M 99221, 25 modifier, 20610, J3301 qty 4?

The E&M code and procedure are correct assuming this patient is inpatient status and the documentation supports the code levels and the modifier. You would not bill for the drugs in this case - those would be supplied by the hospital and billed as part of the facility's claim.
